Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the information ChatOrders holds about you at any time.

If you messaged a business on WhatsApp

• Ask the business directly, or contact us through chandrahman.site with your WhatsApp number and the business’s name.
• We will delete your messages, orders, bookings and requests with that business within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.

If you run a business on ChatOrders

• Contact us through chandrahman.site from your account’s email address and ask us to close your account.
• We will delete your shop, customers, chats, orders, bookings, documents and WhatsApp connection within 30 days.

To stop the bot straight away, disconnect WhatsApp in your dashboard (Settings → WhatsApp) or remove ChatOrders from your Meta Business account.
